Lobster Alive
Our big Caribbean spiny lobster is caught by scuba divers in the nearby Grenadine Islands and flown to Barbados “alive” by private plane to our large wholesale distribution tank. It is a cozy quaint spot with real atmosphere and open layout, with a beach deck and tables in the sand. The Lobster man jumps in and out of the live lobster tank, fishing up the guests’ orders. The beers are cold and the menu is simple, letting the freshness of the ingredients do the talking.
